Tips For Dealing With Uneven Skin Tone:
Exfoliate! Removing the dead skin cells from your body by exfoliating is a great habit and should be practiced often in order to help in your fight against uneven skin tone. By removing the outermost layer of skin you are removing the layer that comes in the most contact with all the harmful elements (ie. sun, pollution, etc.)
Exercise Not to mention the many other health benefits that accompany exercising, by simply exercising daily you are allowing your skin to take in extra oxygen. Let your skin breathe! and you will not be disappointed. Exercising can be done in any amount of time, although 20-30 minutes of a steady workout is recommended.
Lots and Lots of Drinking I’m sure that you know I’m talking about water. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is quite frankly, the easiest and least expensive way to a more even skin tone, I mean, its water so you need it to live anyway, why not reap some extra benefits?
A Healthy Diet Yes, I’m sure you saw this coming. Excersing, drinking water, and a healthy balanced diet. All of these not only improve your skin but are essentially the basics to what you need to become a healthy individual overall. (Hint: Omega-3’s and Antioxidants are a plus on this one!)
